Ah ça y est, ils commencent à balancer les vids de gameplay, comme pour Red Dead.

Finalement, peut être qu'il sortira bien à la date annoncée, et qu'il ne souffrira d'aucun report !

Jsuis impatient de découvrir d'autres vidéos (surtout en ce qui concerne les à-cotés que L.A est susceptible de proposer au joueur).

On remarquera aussi que les phases de shoot sont semblables à RDR, avec Euphoria etc etc...

n the Thursday hearing, Hotz’ attorney, Stewart Kellar, objected to the judge’s bench order, saying Sony would be able to “observe” the contents of all his client’s files.

“That’s the breaks,” Illston said.

Hotz has already removed the YouTube video and the code from his website to comport with the judge’s earlier orders.

The judge had originally ruled weeks ago that Hotz must surrender all of his computer gear to Sony. But Kellar asked for reconsideration, and a hearing was hastily called Thursday

Illston informed Kellar that it was routine for the entire contents of computers to be searched in a bid to isolate what is being sought, as in child pornography prosecutions.

“Your honor, we’re certainly not dealing with child pornography in this issue,” Kellar replied.

Moments later, the judge responded:

“Here, I find probable cause that your client has got these things on his computer,” she said. “It’s a problem when more than one thing is kept on the computer. I’ll make sure the order is and will be that Sony is only entitled to isolate … the information on the computer that relates to the hacking of the PlayStation.”

En gros, SONY a désormais le droit de saisir et examiner tous les fichiers de Geroge Hotz.

Par contre l'autre demande qui consiste à récupérer les informations sur tous les utilisateurs qui ont mis des commentaires dessus sur YouTube et Twitter a été refusée.

The company had filed a motion for discovery, asking for the personal information of users of Twitter and YouTube who might have a connection with George Hotz, who had published a piece of code on his Web site that allowed a PlayStation 3 to run other operating systems as well as pirated games. Sony was, in essence, asking for the contact information of people who had commented on the video Hotz posted showing how he used the code, as well as people he may have corresponded with via Twitter.

The judge in the case, Susan Illston, denied the motion. Hotz is still under a restraining order that forbids him from offering any methods or software that allow people to modify their Sony PlayStations. Nor is he allowed to provide links to sites that offer such methods or software. He is also ordered to turn over his computers to Sony.

Maintenant, pas sûr que ça arrête le travail sur le hacking de la PS3.

Ce type est passé à la TV sur CBNC, une chaine thématique finances, a fait une démo en directe de sa technique de hack d'iphone. C'est un peu le monde à l'envers...
