We need proofs of purchase for all three discs, however the first disc can
be either the Japanese or the English version. For the American or European
editions, the UPC bar-code from the back of the box will serve as proof of
purchase, and for the Japanese editions either the obi (spine-card) or the
triangle proof of purchase on page 18 of the manual will serve.
Please send us your name, address, e-mail address (if you have one), 10
International Reply Coupons (available at your local post office) to cover
our shipping costs in an envelope with the words "Shining Force III:
Premium Disc offer" written on the outside.
