It boasts only 13 tracks (including the three one-or-so-minute-long opening scenes), most of which are re-arranged in a progressive rock way :/
So, if you like Sakuraba's heavier style, you may find some interest in Force of Light. But otherwise, you will probably only end up with disappointment.
Some tracks are still very enjoyable to hear, like marvellous Tides of History, peaceful Traveler's Respite or highly experimental but nonetheless interesting Sanctity.
I would advise you to download the full soundtrack, which is directly ripped from the games and available on the Internet, instead of buying Force of Light, unless you're a dying Shining Force Fan. (in that case, you may get both Force of Light and the game rip ^^)
